Shipping policy

Processing Times: 

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or Australian national holidays.

Please note: During high-demand periods such as new releases or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. Any order queries, please contact our team at uhnotherbrand@gmail.com for assistance.

Returns Policy: 

We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it - Unworn, tags attached, and in the original packaging. If tags have been removed, a return/refund will be invalid.

Please note: Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL

We offer standard international shipping to select countries. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary by country and orders may experience delays beyond our control. Customers are responsible for contacting their local customs/postal office, in the event of unpaid duties & taxes.

UHNOTHER. is not liable for any customs delays or additional fees incurred by customs.

Important Note for US Customers

As of 22nd September 2025, Australia Post has partnered with Zonos®, an authorised US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) third-party provider for services regarding the collection and remittance of duties to CBP. Duties are calculated, collected and paid to CBP via Zonos® on your behalf, prior to goods arriving in the US.

Important Note for EU Customers

As of 1st July 2026, all items sent to the EU will be subject to customs duty and VAT:

- Parcels valued under EUR150:  VAT will apply to the parcel, along with a flat-rate customs duty fee of EUR3 per ITEM.

- Parcels valued over EUR150: the existing customs duty and tax processes will continue to apply.

- VAT percentage varies between 17-27% depending on country destination.

 

Important Note for Canada, Norway & UK Customers

From 1 July 2026, there has been changes to import duties, taxes and fees.

UK: Orders under GBP135, VAT is collected at point of sale by us. Orders over GBP135 are subject to a 20% VAT & customs duty.

Canada: Orders over CAD60 are subject to a 5% sales tax, however, some provinces are subject to 13-15% HST.

Norway: All orders are subject to a 25% VAT & customs duty.

Important Note for ASIA Customers

Indonesia: All orders are subject to 11% VAT

Malaysia: All orders are subject to 10% SST

Japan: All orders over JPY 10,000 (includes shipping cost) are subject to 10% consumption tax.

China: All orders are subject to approximately 9% VAT.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order. International orders are shipped out via Australia Post. Please carefully monitor your order as international updates via Australia Post may not be available once it has arrived in your country.
